Zeus Food are a team of specialists in paper cups and food service packaging. Our main aim is to significantly reduce the cost of deli packaging whilst ensuring high quality. We'd like to think so. We've been here since 2008, we've grown to include 9 different businesses under the Vaiopak Group. We were recently acquired by Zeus, one of the largest independently owned packaging companies in Europe. We've partnered with Sage Pay to offer you a safe, efficient and secure checkout process and we pride ourselves on our many happy customers.

Zeus Food ships to all of the UK.
All Zeus Food orders ship from our warehouse in Biggleswade, UK.
Orders placed before 12:00 (midday) will be processed on a Day 1 for Day 4 delivery basis. In most cases, delivery will be completed sooner where possible.
We operate a minimum order value (MOV) of £200 (ex. VAT) for mixed pallet orders.
Orders below this value will incur a £50 delivery charge.
We deliver orders Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.
To place an order, go to a product page, select the desired quantity of the item, and add it to your cart via the "Add to Cart" button. Before you check out, you’ll be prompted to create an account or to log in to your existing account. During checkout, you just need to enter or confirm your shipping address and credit card information, then you can place your order.
If you need to cancel your order please contact us via phone as soon as possible at 0845 017 7527.
We aim to process orders asap so please contact us within 1 hour for cancellation. Unfortunately, after this time we wont be able to cancel the order but once the items have arrived, you can initiate a return by contacting us on the details above.
You can easily change your delivery address, set your default delivery address and enter/delete addresses by visiting the account section on the site.
You can see your order history by visiting the Orders page in the account section on the site.
You can see and download your invoices by visiting the Invoices page in the account section on the site.
At Zeus Food we take pride in our quality products and we value our relationship with you. If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs please return the item by following our e-commerce return policy within the applicable 30 day period.

Certain items are non-returnable; that's why we ask you to give us a shout before you attempt a return because we may just tell you to hold on to it (whilst still refunding you).
You have 30 days from delivery to make a return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags, but we understand that things happen. Give us a shout if unsure.
