With a career spanning both frontline hospitality operations and commercial account management, I bring a unique end-to-end perspective to the foodservice and packaging industries. I began my career in the restaurant and hospitality sector, where I gained hands-on experience leading teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing high-pressure operations. With 33 years of service, I’ve seen packaging evolve in many ways, and I’ve been hands-on through it all working in both Industrial and Food Retail Packaging. 

I make sure our internal packaging solutions are efficient, practical, and up to standard. Whether it's solving problems or helping the team navigate new processes, I'm always up for the challenge. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me talking (or arguing!) about football, or watching a match.

After three decades in the business, I still enjoy what I do and I'm always looking for ways to keep improving it.
